A) Non-refundable prepaid reservations: the prepayment can NEVER be refunded, even in case of cancellation or no show.

B) Standard reservations: this rate can be cancellable without penalty up to 14 days before check-in (high season) or up to 7 days before check-in (mid and off-season).

1) For standard bookings by credit card - high season (IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION):
at the end of the free cancellation period, a pre-authorisation of 50% of the booking will be made on the card provided.

In case of cancellation made by the customer during the period between the 15th day and the day of arrival, or in case of no-show, the customer will have to pay the following penalties:
100% of the total price.


2) For standard bookings by credit card - mid and off-season (IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION):
at the end of the free cancellation period, a pre-authorisation of 50% of the booking will be made on the card provided.

In case of cancellation made by the customer during the period between the 7th day and the day of arrival, or in case of no-show, the customer will have to pay the following penalties:
100% of the total price.

3) Standard bookings by bank transfer:
the reservation will not be confirmed until the bank transfer has been received and it will be kept for a maximum of 2 days from today's date. If the deposit is not received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled. In this regard, we kindly ask our guests to send the payment receipt by e-mail to [email protected]

The information that the customer gives to Villa Mancuso De Gaetani by phone, in person, by fax or through a form will be processed, unless otherwise agreed, for the following purposes:

a) for purposes that are relevant to the contract (booking details)
b) for purposes related to EU laws, regulations or regulations (for example, fact sheets pursuant to legal provisions)
c) periodic information (if requested by the customer)
d) for customer satisfaction surveys

The customer has at any time the right to access, update, rectification or deletion of data or to object to their processing according to Legislative Decree 196/2003.

- Final provisions
a. Changes or additions to the contract must be made in writing.
b. Written communications shall be deemed to have been delivered on the third day after dispatch to the last known address. For fax transmissions the transmission protocol is valid as proof of delivery. The same applies to written communications (email, fax) from the customer to the hotel. When communicating by e-mail the confirmation of receipt is valid as proof of delivery.
c. Italian law shall apply.
